Our Mission: Our mission is to Improve the Quality of Life of our clients. We do this by focusing on these guiding principles:
Quality Care
- Our caregivers are tested, trained, compassionate, friendly and caring.
- Our professional staff has significant experience in the clinical, emotional and cognitive needs of our clients.
- Prior to starting service we consult with the new client and their family members either in their residence or in a healthcare facility.
- As part of this consultation, we develop a customized home care plan that addresses the client's specific home care needs.
- Once the care plan is developed, we identify a caregiver from our staff who we believe is most suited to care for the client, and can best meet the client's needs.
- Our goal is to maintain a consistent caregiver for each client. This allows the caregiver to become very knowledgeable of the client's needs and helps build a good relationship between the client and the caregiver.
Flexibility and Communication
- As the client's needs change, so can our services.
- We maintain an ongoing communication with our clients, their family members and our assigned caregivers to discuss the care plan, the progress of the client, and to determine if any changes are recommended.
- The types of tasks we perform as part of our weekly care plan and the schedule of our caregiving services, can change, based on the changing needs of the client.
Safety and Security
- All our caregivers are employees of Right at Home; not independent contractors.
- Our caregivers are thoroughly screened prior to hiring, including a full criminal background check, reference checks, employment eligibility verification, and a comprehensive competency test.
- We provide ongoing training of our caregivers.
- Our employees are bonded and covered by Professional Liability and Workers Comp insurance.
Our office teams are available and will respond immediately, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Feel free to call our office at any time to discuss your homecare needs. 304-344-0586.
